Clubside Valets is built around the needs of golf clubs and their members.
We operate quietly, efficiently, and with minimal footprint, ensuring there is no disruption to parking flow or daily operations.

The service runs from a small, agreed area on club grounds, uses low-water methods, and is fully self-contained — no water or power is required from the club.

How It Works

Members park as usual and hand their key to Clubside Valets at the start of their round

Vehicles are cleaned and returned to the same space

Keys are stored securely and returned on completion

Bookings are capped to avoid congestion

The operation is quiet, tidy, and fully insured

Premium Valet – Cleaned While You Play

Each valet takes approximately 45 minutes and includes:

Exterior

Hand wash using paint-safe products

Spray wax for shine and light protection

Wheels and tyres cleaned

Exterior glass cleaned

Interior

Full interior hoover

Dashboard, centre console and touchpoints wiped

Interior glass cleaned

Light interior freshen

Trial-First Approach

Clubside Valets always begins with a short trial period on an agreed day, with limited bookings.

If member interest is strong, the service can naturally expand to additional days of the week, in line with demand and entirely at the club’s discretion.

Working With Clubs

We work collaboratively with clubs across Cornwall and are flexible in how space is used. This can be arranged either through a lease of the agreed area or a commission arrangement, depending on what best suits the club.
